The 3.0L Diesel Mercedes Sprinter's require a bench flash of the pcm. These need to be pulled out (typically located on the driver side engine bay. easy to get to), and mailed to us. Typical turn around is 48 business hours.

Important note before removing your vehicles computer:

Note of any maintenance or engine lights on the dash. You should have no errors before removing the ECM. If you have a DEF/DPF countdown issues prior to tuning, those should be cleared with a hand tool (snap on, Autel, etc). Since those are transmitted by the SCR module, it will typically stay in the cluster unless cleared before hand. Be sure your codes are all cleared before you remove the ECM.

steps:
1- Clear all codes. 2- Turn the key to the off position. 3- Remove the negative cable from the battery. 4- Remove ECM.
